TMA, the Talent Method, appeared in 1999 with the aim of making people happier in the workplace. This year, we celebrate our 25th birthday—a milestone we don’t want to miss. We celebrate what we do best—helping talents find each other for 25 years.
Our drive hasn’t changed in 25 years. However, the labor market and talent perception did. Today, it is vital that people know who they are and what their added value is. The talent revolution has just begun: your diploma doesn’t determine your success, but your talents do. All these developments have made us even more ambitious. Our team has grown, we have forged an extensive partner network, and we have gone international.
Our twenty-fifth birthday is a perfect moment to see how TMA appeared, who our people are, and why we are a real family company. We want to share what we are proud of, what we think of talent r(evolution), and why talent management is relevant in modern society. We have a lot to tell you, so stay tuned.
