TMA Inside has adopted the standard to give third parties access to its content. With LTI, you can also start the TMA Talent Assessment directly from your application. Integration and API are different because no data is sent, and all the content streaming is delivered to the user. It benefits HR software platform partners because you can offer access from the application but don’t have to develop the functionality itself. This method is suitable for TMA’s features, as it provides much content, such as talent articles and numerous workouts.
At LTI, the TMA assessments and their outcomes and insights remain on the TMA systems, and the data is not sent but made available in the partner's application.
