The training ‘Leading Talents’ is created by Dr. Mirjam Baars, lecturer and researcher at Fontys Highschool, in cooperation with TMA. Dr. Baars is also a managing director at Satisfaction and the author of a motivational book ‘Managing Talent Development’.
